The manga is literally like 10 chapters away from Episode 220 (the last manga canon episode) so there is close to none base for adapting

It probably is a good idea to drop this anime for a while if you don't want to watch fillers cuz this is what we will get for the most of the year + a few anime originals maybe

To be frank, Boruto filler is much better than Naruto filler. The story might be progressing slowly but its definitely interesting.

We are only going to get additional 7/8 chapters this year, at this point its time for everyone to either accept this will never adapt the story and watch endless fillers or move on since it's a failed project.

Author and studio got greedy for starting it that early, it shouldn't even start by now looking at how much manga we've got and we're already at 243 episodes, in the next 250 episodes it's going to be 20/30 eps based on manga at most.

speaking of theme song, this new ED is pretty nice. They've yet again took another route with the visuals and they're doing so exceptionally. The scenes themselves are interesting. I mean, wasabi walking with team 7, kawaki with team 15, AND team 7 with hima and sumire and so on. Wonder if those hold actual symbolism and if it does, what are they. And ofc, song itself is 💯

My home girl Hebiichigo is way more interesting than Boruto right now. She is a total savage. Plus, we all ship her with Metal Lee too. I'm so done with Boruto right now.

I feel like Boruto won't even get to that point in time with Kawaki killing Naruto and destroying Honoha (my theory is Code somehow re-applies Isshiki Karma) with Boruto having unknown origin scar on right eye, but activates Byakugan. Feel like it was trick to see how many episode people would watch.
